New Build Homebuy is designed to help people who can't afford to buy a home outright. 

New Build Homebuy ( previously known as Shared Ownership) is an alternative to renting and full ownership. 

The buyer buys a share of their home, usually 50% or 75% with the Registered Social Landlord (RSL) keeping the other share. The buyer pays a rent charge on the RSL's share of the property and the buyer is responsible for all repairs and maintenance.
